Have you tried with external HDMI monitor?
The output showed the same result, however, it lost signal to the external and made my laptop screen green. This still doesn't make sense to me since I have the same connection type as the MacBook, so it probably has something to do with the graphics. Is there any device-ids I should try opposed to using the fake one?

What kind of BIOS settings do you have. (attach photos of all BIOS screens).

Here are my BIOS settings.

As per guide, fast boot should be disabled... I see "Boot Mode" = Quick in one of your images...
Intel VT-x can be enabled ("Virtualization Technology"). Probably no harm in disabling it, but it is only VT-d that must be disabled.
Make sure you disable any "anti-theft" stuff.

I switched my boot from quick to diagnostic. Disabled all of the anti-theft stuff and enabled Intel VT-x but the same thing happens. The last prompt is gIOLockScreenState before going into a black screen. There is also a preboot log in misc. I'm starting to wonder if there is something within the common X220 guide that can be implemented in this situation?

Did you try an external HDMI monitor?
Did you try implementing backlight control?
Did you shine a bright light on the screen?

I've tried everything excluding the backlight control is it just a kext I need to add to my /other folder?
When I plug it into my monitor my monitor goes black and then my computer display goes blue.
The normal boot has two different outcomes, black screen or white screen with the same text. as usual gIOLockState.
Should I attempt to update my BIOS from 1.23 to 1.26? - https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds014906

Backlight control guide is linked from the FAQ.
Running latest BIOS is usually not a bad idea.

Note: It is rare, but I have seen 1366x768 displays that use a dual-link cable. That case requires the 1600x900 plist.

I looked around online for a little bit and found someone with a similar issue on their laptop. In the thread the solution was to

1) copy AppleIntelHD3000Graphics.kext and AppleIntelSNBGraphics.kext to desktop.
2) Modify info.plist inside these two kexts to add 0x01268086 id (I would change this to my id)
3) reinstall kexts with kext utility back to S/L/E. and reboot.

I'm not exactly sure within the .plist of these kext to add the id and was wondering if you had any idea.

That would be nonsense.

Your native device-id is 0x116 as per Clover misc/preboot.log:
Code:
0:117 0:000 PCI (00|00:02.00) : 8086 0116 class=030000

Adding 0x1268086 would have no effect.
