HI, so my sound wasn't working whilst using my mac, and my typical solution to that was to update it by using Software Update. Then as soon as i updated to 10.7.5 I received a Kernel Panic everytime I booted my mac, making it unusuable, so right now i'm on my Bootcamp side. Please help guys, i'm pretty devo.
My mac deets: Macbook pro 13-inch, late 2011 2.8ghz intel core i7 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Software: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63b)

I've browsed other threads followed the following with no success:
- Going into Library/Extensions and deleting the voodooHDA.kext file there, ALTHOUGH i didn't have an extensions folder
- Going through PreferencesPanes and Preferences, although i found within the Preferences folder "voodooHDA.settings" but not the .kext file
- And I've tried right clicking, and deleting VoodooHDA on System Preferences, but it won't let me right click.
at the moment, my mac works on safe mode.

Please help.
Thanks
