HELP: Flashed Bios to UEFI, Bios doesn't work.

So I tried to flash my z68xp-ud3 to uefi, but for some reason, I have no control whenever I try to go in to the bios settings. There is a white mouse in the middle of the screen, unusable. Nothing loads. My Mac OS X ML drive won't load, I probably have to change the drive settings to AHCI, which I cannot do, and for some reason, my Windows 7 drive won't boot up properly either, I've done multiple error checks or whatever its called.

Any help would be appreciated! Like how could I flash my bios back without having access to the bios?

i would reflash via flash drive only mbr/fat32 never do bois updates via windows ever

Thanks for the suggestion, I didn't have access to the drive menu either however.
But I did get it resolved, for some reason, I had to unplug the chord to the wall socket from the power supply its self. That solved it right away. Thanks for your help!
