can't access bios

So I tried to flash my z68xp-ud3 to uefi, but for some reason, I have no control whenever I try to go in to the bios settings. There is a white mouse in the middle of the screen, unusable. Nothing loads. My Mac OS X ML drive won't load, I probably have to change the drive settings to AHCI, which...
