Help - Can't get to the installer

No one is blaming you for me being a Noob buddy

I tried to validate the config.plist from your EFI Vers 4. There are 2 errors.
What happened ? How did you handled this file ?
I hope you do not use a "graphical tool" do to things .. :)

Here is the output :

NOTE: This version of ocvalidate is only compatible with OpenCore version 0.9.5!

OCS: Failed to calculate size of true field containing <empty> as type integer, context <SecureBootModel>!
Serialisation returns 1 error!

OpenCanopy.efi is loaded at UEFI->Drivers, but Misc->Boot->PickerMode is not set to External!

CheckMisc returns 1 error!

Completed validating /Volumes/EFI/EFI/OC/config.plist in 3 ms. Found 2 issues requiring attention.

Edit #1 :
In your EFI_Vers4 put back the "original" config.plist file belonging to EFi_Vers3 (attached here).

Edit #2 :
I found that you copied the oldest config.plist over the new one.
Mark that old file as config.plist.0000 ( the oldest )

Edit #3:
Try to reboot the USB after replacing the "very old" config.plist with the one attached here.

What you are suggesting eventually is to boot with the old SSDT's before I made my own with out you adding the Kernel> Emulate section.

I can do that, but also have a version with fixed error problems that include the Kernel> Emulate section and my own generated SSDT's.

Hello,
Based on your generated ACPI files, I rebuilt the EFI folder.

Check your BIOS :
- disable internal graphics (iGPU)
- disable VT-d
- disable Wi-Fi/Bluetooth ( if there are any settings )

Remove any internal PCIe cards (except video card )
Remove any external devices ( except mouse/keyboard )
Try DP or HDMI output from dGPU.
==============================

Procedure to follow :

- Download the EFI_Test_Vers_5.zip file on your Mac ( attached to this post )
- Unzip this file
- Make sure there are no other EFI folders around ( avoid confusion, rename, move, delete them )
- Rename the EFI_Test_Vers_5 folder to EFI
- Do not touch anything in this new EFI folder
- If you ( later ) want to study/modify it, then make a copy of it and play with that copy
- Save your existing (old) EFI folder from the USB stick to another place and rename it ( keep as reference )
- Put the new EFI folder on the USB stick ( may be overwritting the existing one )
- Boot your system with the USB stick and reset Nvram
- The system will restart

Try to make a capture of the screen if something ( wrong) happens.

Cheers

Haha,
Ok, disregard what I just wrote in that case.

I will pick it up from your latest post.

OK,

Followed step by step what you suggested.

Unfortunately debug text still doesn't update. So here's a photo.

This monitor is connected with HDMI.
Going to try boot once more with my Dell monitor which has DP.

Tried DP instead of HDMI and tried USB 2.0 port without any noticeable difference.

EDIT #1

In BIOS search for XHCI Hand-off and Enable it.
It is enabled.

This is from a person with the same MB as I have with a successful install of Ventura.
Perhaps, you can get some helpful info from it?

This can be another path to follow : iMacPro1,1 or MacPro7,1

Always you can share a link to a post :

In the upper right corner of any post there is number :

This is a link to that post than can be shared ( right-click that number and "copy link address" )

Person with the successful build isn't here at tony's.

Let's try to enable your USB mapping in config.plist :

Copy the config.plist on your Mac
Open it using ProperTree.

For USBToolBox.kext and UTBDefault.kext change :

Enabled Boolean False

to :

Enabled Boolean True

then save the file.

Bring back the config.plist file ( which now has USB enabled ) in EFI/OC ( overwrite the old one ).

Boot the system again !

=======================
Example ( USB kexts are disabled, i.e. False)

Above 4G Decoding must be ENABLED !!!
I tested it enabled and not enabled because in the EFI you send, ResizeAppleGpuBars is set to -1
