I have read this article and I'm going to build my PC based on it. I am going to buy system similar to Budget Power Build 3 except for videocard and DVD drive.
So my configuration is following:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P
Graphics: Gigabyte 9800 GT 1GB Silent Cell Edition
CPU: Intel Core i7-860 2.8 GHz
RAM: OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 Gold Low Voltage Dual Channel (2x2GB) x 2 (8GB)
Hard Drive: Samsung Spinpoint 1 TB (I am going to pick not one hard drive but several ones)
CD/DVD Burner: Pioneer BDR-205 ( I know that Blu-Ray disks isn't suported by Mac OS X, but I am going to use it in Windows 7)
CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 2
Power Supply: Corsair 650HX Modular 650W

Would this make a great Hackintosh/PC? Will there be any compability issues?

but Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P
use Audio Realtek ALC889
it would be better et more simple to use a 889A, because the 889A is identical at OSX’s 885 ->Than'ks to Cartri.

for p55
GA-P55-UD6(rev. 1.0)
GA-P55-UD5(rev. 1.0)
GA-P55-UD4P(rev. 1.0)
GA-P55M-UD4(rev. 1.0)
GA-P55-UD6-C (rev. 1.0)
Are the ones using ALC889a
Remembering that ALC889a differs from ALC889, and equals to OSX’s ALC885

All of these boards have been discontinued and extremely hard to find.

Using any Gigabyte board With MultiBeast is easy :D

So there won't be any problem installing Mac OS X from Blu-Ray drive? I hope that at least it can read and write DVD disks using Blu-Ray drive. :D

If using a Gigabyte P55 board, use the blue Intel SATA ports- not the white Gigabyte SATA ports.
Do I have to install each OS on a separate drive?Do I ave to use blue intel SATA ports only form Mac OS X drive or also for Windows drive too?

I have no idea whether or not the blue-ray drive will work or not, even if it's also a dvd. You'll have to wait for someone else to chime in. Most people use blue for Mac OS, though I swear I've done it with the white as well. Either way you have 6 blue, which should be enough, but I do know for a fact my Win7 install was done on a white ans still recognized by Mac OS. Also, as MacMan pointed out, any Gigabyte P55 board is easy and 889 gave me no issues whatsoever.

Out of curiosity, where are you buying your components from and what case will you be using? If you're in the states, and you can afford to spend an extra $25 on a PSU, I'd recommend picking up Seasonic's X650 from Ewiz for $124.99 + FS with coupon (Preppy) over the HX650. The HX650 id s decent PSU, but the X650 provides much cleaner power, better voltage regulation, and ripple control. It also has a fanless mode when it's not under high load. You're case may or may not be good for this PSU, depending on its PSU orientation.

I am buying the parts from Amazon and Newegg and it's delivered to me by the delivery service. I live outside US.

What about this RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... R1600LV4GK ? It has very low timings compared to that written above therefore is more faster than OCZ GOLD that has timings 8-8-8-24 (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)
I personally prefer the G.Skill Ecos... 1600@CL7

I have read several benchmarks on THG and found out this hard drive http://www.wdc.com/en/products/Products.asp?DriveID=733 has more speed and stamina than Samsung Spinpoint. Will it work with hackintosh?
Yes, it will work...

But not sure we read the same reviews... (Unless you care more for IOPS than throughput)...

What about this one? :D http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=258&c1=1&c2=3
It is the fastest memory available today...

Since you are ordering 8GB of RAM, don't forget to only install with 4GB.
