You ran Clean Compile twice; don't know if that is a problem. With the native dsdt, apply:
1. 8series-Clean Compile
2. Desktop-HD5K.....
Install the new dsdt and reply with the new dsdt and IOReg.

I patched Azul according to post #25 and it still doesn't work. I've attached my IO file.

dsdt shows clean compile edit twice, again. v1.1 was replaced by v1.2, where did you get v1.1?

It's from your rep (Toleda audio HDMI 8 Series): loaded the clean DSDT (previously saved), then Patch ->"8 series-clean compile" -> Apply ->Close, then again Patch ->"Desktop HD5K-NVidia A1" ->Apply ->Close ->Compile.

Just compiled once and then saved and moved in Extra dir...
