Hangs for about 5 seconds on apple logo before progress bar comes up on os x el capitan

I have installed OS X El Capitan and is running well. But some problems on startup. After Selecting the mac drive to boot on apple logo it hangs for about 5 seconds before the progress bar comes up and then it boots. Here is the picture,

It is not atypical for a small delay at that point.

Post EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

Suggestions:
- OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi
- Install all kexts you need to the system volume (/S/L/E or /L/E)
- have only "essential" kexts in Clover/kexts/Other

It still delays at this screen.. I moved other kexts to S/L/Extensions except those which are really needed to boot OS X.

All kexts should be installed to the system volume (/S/L/E or /L/E, your choice).

It is not unusual to have a delay at that point.
