And also, your boot file belongs in the root / of your installation.
Ok- here's what I suggest.
1. Delete your /Extra folder.
2. Put the attached /Extra folder in the root / of your Snow Leopard install
2. Run the 10.6.2 Combo Update again.
3. Before your reboot, run MultiBeast and select ONLY Chameleon RC4 AsereBLN + Disk Utilities.
4. Reboot.
Thanks I'll give it a try. I must have missed that part about renaming the dsdt file. So I can just move the current boot file to the root, delete the extra folder, add the new extra folder, download and rerun the update then run Beast. Thanks, I give it a try and let you know how it all goes.
One quick question before I run Beast and reboot this thing. I did have a boot file on the root, I sent it to the trash and replaced it with the one in the extra folder. I still have both do I keep one or the other or are they the same file?
Sleep is working but resuming in a full boot, is this typical? Windows 7 will just resume where it left off (sometimes). I can live with it, its been kind of flaky in 7 as well since I changed to ahci.
