I've asked because I have a little problem with my mod. The last tilting joint can't support the weight and the screen can't tilt normally. It slowly goes down. The long arm of the neck is fully functional, the problem is the last joint. Is there a way to tighten it? I've also tried with a 20" neck but I have the opposite problem! The last joint is perfect while the long arm is too strong and it can't stay totally down without springing back it stays half way down any advice?

i disassemble the neck… huuuu…HARD WORK to assemble!
But i sell my first 23" monitor - too heavy It slowly goes down. + to lean
