It's an old 10th gen, not sure if it would work, as you have a graphic card,
you should disable it -wegnoegpu in boot args (NVRAM, where is the verbose arg.
I don't know if your iGPU will work also, but it's only a 30 minute job to try.

I followed a step-by-step installation from Chris Titus Tech (Youtube) and it didnt work also.
It might had been me doing something very wrong. Ive never done a hackintosh before.
Only Linux and Windows installations.

Care to share any tutorial or documentation on OpenCore that might work on new Dell hardware?

I did attempt an installation a couple of months ago but no success.

It booted up to the install screen. But because I had only the recovery image, it needed an Internet connection.
My android USB tethering did not work. Ill make a full installation media now and try again.

I didnt know that someone got Intel Wifi working for hackintosh.
Could you tell me what does and does not work on your hackintosh?

Airdrop and handoff do not work with itlwm.kext. iMessage works OK.
What are you concerned with?

Trackpad and sound, also.
If those things work properly, then I could use the hackintosh as my default box.
