Hey all! Hope all are well!

I just built a new rig to replace the old one. Yeah...the one with the stutters
This one is lightning quick, and man I love it! It runs absolutely great when everything's on! Everything runs perfectly, except airdrop and handoff since it's Intel Wi-Fi.

There's a sleep wake failure, and a shutdown stall. So even if I shut it down, it boots and says "you shut down your mac because of a problem"
It mentioned something about bluetooth so I disabled the 3 bluetooth kexts in OCAT but it still did the same. It also mentioned dwagent so I tried uninstalling it, same thing.

I'm attaching the shutdown stall, the sleep wake failure, the OC folder, and the specs here

14700KF
Z790 Aero G
32GB 7200MHz DDR5
UD90 SSD 2TB
Redragon 850w White PSU
Sapphire 6600 XT

And a picture of the beast so we know what we're working on!
She's still a WIP, gonna put something on the bottom right here

Tried unplugging the onboard ax211 (no way to disable it in bios that I could see) and disabling the Bluetooth kexts + the airportitwlm kext.
Same issue

There used to be a fixshutdown entry in clover which would fix this in a pinch.

Any ideas here?
