.... and when booting with the usb it shows three options as you can see in the picture. 1. Boot Yosemite, 2. Boot from Recovery HD, 3. Install_osx. does this mean that i have the recovery partition?

also wifi, sound, brightness controll, gesture touchpad, battery icon is not showing up. so i was doing some research and found this for 10.9.3. does this work for 10.10.1 (in Picture). if yes where do i place the kext files?

also do i have to place the DSDT.aml(the one i created for booting into installer) file somewhere after installation?
WiFi: Depends on having compatible hardware. Use DPCIManager->PCI List to find out what you have. Compatible chipsets and the procedures for making them work are covered here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/network/104850-guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.html
Audio: Best result with patched AppleHDA. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide'. Search for suitable AppleHDA or patch it yourself. Apply appropriate DSDT patches.
Which touchpad is in your laptop? You need to find ps2 drivers specifically for the device you have.
