These Kepler based Quadros can be found on places like Ebay for under $15. Remember that support ends with Big Sur. Won't work natively with Monterey or newer.

Only if you'd be installing Snow Leopard through High Sierra. Not with Big Sur.
Would also need a device-id spoof if it's not an Apple HD6670.
