Please note that the NEX650G is NOT compatible with the prodigy. Both HDD cages have to be removed in order to have enough space for the modular cables to get out at the back. I had to "ghetto-mount" the HDD into the 5.25" bay, and I will be ordering a 5.25" to 3.5" converter pretty soon, I will update this post as required.
At the time of writing this, the H97N-WiFi's installation was a breeze. I had Windows 8 installed on one of the SSDs, and the other one was empty. The HDD also wasn't partitioned before installing.
The installation was fast and simple. Go into the BIOS first, disable VT-d, Disable In-Processor Graphics and enable UEFI and Legacy boot mode. Disable the SSD/HDD that Windows is occupying, and boot into the UniBeast USB. If it hangs at the end with the beach ball spinning infinitely, please make sure VT-d is disabled.
Install OS X as required, boot up. You want to use the ethernet port on the right, so that is the one closer to the audio ports on the motherboard. Set up OS X.
Use MultiBeast as required. I have posted my selection, look for it on the bottom of my post.
Please note that if you can't boot into Windows, you have to choose the "System Reserved" partition in Chimera, not the "normal" partition. That way, Windows 8.1 will boot.
Audio is working! On 10.9.4, you have to enable both integrated sound and integrated graphics, and install the fix here. Quick Fix for Intel HD 4600 Graphics Acceleration on 9 Series Motherboards. You should also install the 9-series fix and the ALC892 codec from Multibeast.
Ethernet is working, just use the Intel port.
The Wi-Fi card that came with the motherboard isn't working, my Bluetooth worked OOB though, it recognised my phone and headphones. I will be replacing this card as soon as my AR9380 card arrives. iMessage probably won't work, so please install FileNVRAM as required, also troubleshoot using this thread.
If Preview, or other apps aren't opening, install the nVidia web drivers- more information can be found in this thread.

Updates
I've updated to the F3 BIOS which apparently improves SSD performance. I used the @BIOS Utility on Windows to do so, which you can install from Gigabyte's website. Please note, you'll have to download the "App Center" first, and then you can install the @BIOS utility, and then you can update the BIOS. I've flashed it from a file, chosen the ".f3" file from the folder that I've downloaded and it updated itself. I don't know how to do this without Windows, please use google to find out.
The F3 Bios re-enabled VT-d and Integrated Graphics, of which I had to disable both to have OS X booting up.
Updated to 10.9.4 without any problems, also updated to the F4 bios. Same thing as above.
10.9.4 disabled the patch in MultiBeast 6.3.1 that allowed TRIM to work on non-Apple made SSDs, and since MultiBeast hasn't been updated as of writing this, I had to use this app. It's handy, so I'll probably keep it.
I haven't upgraded to Yosemite yet. I'm waiting until 10.10.2 drops. It's on my Test HD, but I don't have much time to play around with it.
I replaced the factory Intel Network and Bluetooth card with an AR9280 card. Here is the link to the tutorial.
