When I checked the video memory in windows it allready said it was 128mb so I figured it was fine.
Maybe windows lied to me?

Default is not 128mb. Report (and meaning) from Windows depends on Windows version.

You forgot to provide EFI/Clover folder.

I'm trying to boot the EFI shell but when I boot from the usb it says PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
and then it restarts or says no bootable device

Do you know why this is?

Did you disable secure boot, enable USB boot?
Did you use your BIOS hotkey to access the boot menu? (not the same as BIOS setup)
Did you select the shell USB for UEFI boot?
Did you create the shell USB correctly? (file must be at \EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.EFI, single FAT32 partition, MBR partitioning)

I formatted the usb with the windows formatter and used fat32.
I think the usb is not UEFI. How can I do this?

Did you copy the file to the correct path (\EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.efi)?
