My friend Don't Consider ACPI folder in Clover, consider The ACPI folder that I upload separatly
I put patched file in ACPI/ patched

I found _OFF key in SSDT-8-CB-01

and I put this path in file SSDT-DiscreteSpoof
_SB.PCI0.PEG0.PEGP

You have to mod your BIOS for appear this option or using UEFI Shell method.

You might consider using some of the alternate framebuffer patches you'll find in the config.plist.

I can confirm, that coreDisplayFixup works on Sierra with the 4k Screen (even so I'm not perfectly convinced, that graphics acceleration is active). In High Sierra it produces graphical glitches an occasional screen jitters.
I tried to change some of the framebuffer patches - merely random, without any better result.

Your config.plist is not from my guide.
Several settings were changed from it. For example config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Fixes/FixRegions is a mistake.

Also _DSM->XDSM patch is disabled. As per spoof guide, must be enabled.
SSDT-DiscreteSpoof.aml is not valid AML. You will see if you attempt to load it in MaciASL.
