it didn't do any change that i can see in temps so return is back to OFF

i however instead of trying windows 7 or lower i added win 8.1 and win 10 (had to remove windows xp due to some error)
According to spec all lower versions of Windows should be in the list (you can read about it in the link I provided in the file).
You probably forgot a comma.
