The i3-3225 or i3-3245 both have HD4000 graphics. Those are fully supported. If you can find the i5-3475S for a good price go with that. Here is the /S/L/E folder in Mojave. Note the HD4000 graphics kext and bundles. Use a DP to HDMI adapter on an 8300 and Inject Intel in your config.plist, that's all you need. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M1KJ7UP/?tag=tonymacx86com-20 works OOB.HP8300 should I get the i3 or i5, only use it to go online and office stuff, now photoshop anything heavy
I've just downloaded the Mojave update from App Store and then installed and then I replaced the com.apple.telemetry.pluginHi cenz92,

The choice depends on what version of macOS you plan on installing.I just was gifted a Hp Compaq 8000 Convertible Minitower but as I was inspecting it I realized that the vga port doesn't work anymore...so I was thinking about grabbing a graphics card with a vga/hdmi port built-in. So my question is will this remedy my vga problem & if so what's a good graphics card under $100 you would recommend?
I will installing Yosemite or El CapitanThe choice depends on what version of macOS you plan on installing.
