Hello dear friend, I am here to say thank you for your tutorial, I have a HP DC7900 with the following configuration:

2,99 core 2 duo processor
6 gigabytes ram
240 gigabytes SSD Kingston hard drive
GT 610 with 1 gigabyte VRAM Nvidia video card
TP-link TL-WDN4800 N900 PCI-E wireless wifi network adapter (you can see wifi like native mac os)
For the sound, I used and USB audio adapter and worked just fine.

Since my machine uses the same processor as the HP Elite 8000, I followed your post and I can tell that I made it trough and now my DC7900 is running the Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.6, and I also came here to say that I will create a new posting and mention this tutorial here and I will explain what I did to make my machine work based on your information.

Thank you very much again and great job you made here!

You've edited these kexts for DVI cable, How can I change it for HDMI?

Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 with only SSE4.1, without SSE4.2
Replace com.apple.telemetry.plugin with one from 10.13.x
/System/Library/UserEventPlugins/com.apple.telemetry.plugin

I even got the internal speaker working with Lilu and AppleALC (Audio ID 12), but then the Rear Line In and Line Out are not working, you can fix this by changing to Audio ID 11 but then the speaker doesn't work anymore. I am working on a fix for this.

Hi Damian555,

Thanks for your files. They work on my side. Beside I managed to make AppleALC fully working. Please try out the attachment.

Replace com.apple.telemetry.plugin with one from 10.13.x
/System/Library/UserEventPlugins/com.apple.telemetry.plugin
You also need to use a SMBIOS such as iMac 14,2 or MP 5,1 to be Mojave Eligible.
Mac Pro 3,1 will not work as it is too old for Mojave.
