Not getting kernel panic's anymore fortunately but my laptop screen doesn't work anymore after sleeping. Pictures of BIOS settings attached with the debug zip.

Won't be able to test DisplayPort again (with and without docking station) till Monday. Sorry about that.

The guide does not set igfxfw=1 anyway...
I'm aware. It was leftover of the trial and error I did to see if I could get DisplayPort working.

Thanks again for your help so far. Do you have any sort of donation link/PayPal I could contribute to? You've proven to be an enormous help for everyone here.

You can send a note of thanks... My email address is available in my github profile.

I'm planning to install High Sierra on my HP Elitebook x360. I've been reading this thread, but just to be sure: Has anybody successfully installed High Sierra on the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2?
And as I read so far, I'll have to switch my Wifi Card, right?

There is a couple of KabyLake laptops already supported, so it is possible your's is similar.
Note:
Code:
NUC6i7KYK:probook.git rehabman$ ./install_acpi.sh help | grep -y kaby
install_4x0g4_kabylake
install_8x0g4_kabylake
install_4x0g5_kabylake-r

Hi! I'm back. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get DisplayPort working.

What I tried:
1) Hotplug DisplayPort cables
2) Boot with both displays plugged in (and laptop screen open)

As usual, debug zip attached.

Your hardware does not require ssdtPRgen.sh.
You really need to read post #1 carefully.

Hmmm... Okay previously I did ran the ssdtPRgen.sh, as I have an Ivy Bridge, as per post #1:

If you have an older CPU (Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge), use the ssdtPRGen.sh script by Pike R. Alpha: https://github.com/Piker-Alpha/ssdtPRGen.sh

So please forgive me for being confused on that, perhaps please add that the ProBook's don't need that in post#1?

Otherwise, Thank you again Rehabman!
Though it seemed I have tripped on a problem with the VoodooPS2Controller's SSDT injection for my replacing Caps lock with Ctrl that is causing these crashes, will double check that and report/question in their forums.
