New files checked in (both beta/master)... with corrected UsbConnector values.
I disabled the finger print reader, as it is not supported, so might as well disable it.

Maybe you could help me with this.
From a ProBook 6560b with Mavericks 10.9.5 (installed with Clover Bootloader or PBI Clover edition, can't remember exactly) how can I update to El Capitan, Sierra or High Sierra?

Went to El Capitan download page

Clicked on "Get OS X El Capitan" text link on the page and it opened App Store. Clicked on "Get" button and "This version of OS X 10.11 cannot be installed on this computer." pops up. I understand as long as your computer is compatible with higher grade OS X it doesn't let you install less than that.

Did the same with Sierra page

It let me download it but after restarting to continue installation nothing happens. I login as usual onto Mavericks

On High Sierra things are different
I download it directly from App Store but the installer file only has 20 MB and it created a separate 5.2 GB folder on my system partition

How can I properly update to any of the mentioned OS X versions? Pardon me macOS for now

I was able to reach Installer with the attached Clover using Sierra but I couldn't reach Installer with the same Clover when running High Sierra (10.13.2).

Please help.

I install High Sierra 10.13.2 yesterday.a clean install.
now I don't have audio, and in preference trackpad is empty(No Trackpad Found) and battery status is gone.
I do every things like your guide.but no change.
before 10.13.2 every thing look good.

Q. Are QHD+/UHD laptop displays supported?

Requirements for QHD+/UHD displays:
- patched IOKit framework (to remove pixel clock limitations)
- DVMT-prealloc set to 96MB or 128MB in BIOS
- Haswell: ig-platform-id 0xa2e0008
- Haswell: framebuffer configuration for 0xa2e0008 patched to match DVMT-prealloc value (Broadwell determines BIOS size dynamically)
- "normal" requirements for Haswell/Broadwell systems

Currently running 10.11.6, it seems QE/CI not enabled?
Does it need special patch (IOKit) or setting (BIOS)?

Looks like you forgot to enable CSM/legacy boot in BIOS.
