Collect and attach PR files after verifying that situation.

Note: You might want to check BIOS settings. Your ioreg shows a serial port. As per post #1, serial port should be disabled in BIOS. And also Firewire is supposed to be disabled, but your ioreg shows otherwise.

Also, you're booting from HDD with APFS!
Booting is likely to be very slow, which will cause issues. You may need to increase battery first poll delay, as written here:

You should have installed to HFS+J not APFS (thought HFS+J was default for rotational media).

Also, please fix your profile. It is not filled out correctly (missing make/model, screen resolution).

PR files? Also, converting back to HFS+ J requires a clean install right?
 
@RehabMan, even though I am having no issues at the moment, I do want to report that my 1TB HDD was also converted to APFS upon updating to the latest Mojave beta. I did read somewhere that Apple was planning on converting HDDs to APFS in later releases for rotational media as well as solid-state.

I know that (I suppose Apple believes they have properly optimized APFS for HDD as of 10.14).
But from what I remember @FammasMaz is running 10.13.6, not 10.14.

Don't forget you must update config.plist and ACPI files (install_acpi.sh).

Hello RehabMan, i updated the config.plist but no luck, still not booting at all..

booting in verbose mode show only +++++++++++++++++++++++ at the top of the screen.

i ve attached my clover zip, if you can give some help please. Thank you.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete/wrong (must be ZIP, not RAR, no verbose boot photo attached).
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
