No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Also, your profile has no hardware details. Please fix as per FAQ before your next reply.

Sorry RehabMan, I attach my EFI here. Thanks for your help.
Problem: I click Apple ->Shutdown, My laptop can't shutdown, it restart.
HP Zbook 15G3 Xeon E3 1505M 2.8Ghz, Intel hd graphic p530 + quadro M1000M ddr5 2GB NVME 256GB + SSD 1TB BCM94352z HP lt4120 Snapdragon X5 LTE 4G.

But your EFI/Clover attached proves you did not follow the guide.
