Try 128mb.
You should probably attach images of these glitches.

I tried all the values.

Note: The guide recommends OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi. But for some reason you're using OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi. Why?

Also, if you can provide ACPI/origin from both versions of BIOS, I'll check for changes that might make a difference.

It is a known problem, need ioreg that shows external monitor connected.

They are flashing glitches i would need to make a video. Ill make it. I honestly always had version 2, i recall from another guide of yours. Also, on some notebook i had to use free efi 2000 to boot. But that's another story. I dont have the original notebook here, but ill ask my friend to send them.
I am attaching an external vga monitor now to collect antoher ioreg.

As per FAQ, must be in your profile, not some random post.
Thanks for fixing your profile.

Thank you for your time as always

Huh?
This is not your laptop?
Mine has 1.40, i had another with the 1.37 bios to test as explained in my original post, that was how i was able to track down the issue.

For you:
- remove all files from ACPI/origin
- flash 1.37. extract ACPI/origin (press F4 in Clover)
- save the resulting 1.37 files somewhere
- remove all files from ACPI/origin
- flash 1.40. extract ACPI/origin (press F4 in Clover)
- save the resulting 1.40 files somewhere
- zip both 1.37 files and 1.40 files
- attach to reply

where 's the switch located ?

No idea (I don't have your laptop). You'll need to experiment.
Obviously, it is somewhere in the display bezel.

As stated in op, i cannot go back to 1,37, thats why also i replied as fast as possible because you should alert people not to upgrade on 840 g1 until issue is solved. I am waiting for the acpi dump from my friend, anything else you need? The files i attached are from 1.40
