all works well, except after standby, the screen remains black (yet the image is back on the external HDMI screen), how to fix it?
During the installation also it made me the same, I had to put an external screen. The laptop screen has run again after the installation tutorial ...

Probook 430 G3, i3, 8Go ram, 1366 x 768 LCD no touch, 6100U / 2.3 GHz

personally i didn't tried that cause for me windows is waste of storage
BTW this is rehabman reply to that thread

On Windows, I usually just get drivers from station-drivers.com.
But Win10 detects the hardware you mention automatically and pulls drivers via Winodws update.

The guide does NOT recommend OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi.

Note: kexts for WiFi are already installed by download.sh and install_download.sh. If you're doing something not in post #1, you'd probably doing something wrong.
