Note: Hotpatch is advanced stuff. You really need to know what you're doing.

Always check up your battery.

I just throw away a few hours of my life, trying to resolve a non-charging battery problem, when is was actually partially unpluged from my laptop.

BTW, Lenovo E530 battery status is working, using patch for E430/E531

can we chance more exact battery capacity calculation on your kext?

So Windows value 34610mWh / 8.643V = 4004mAh

In macOS/OS X all values are reported to the system in amps.
ACPIBatteryManager.kext converts from watts to amps for the case ACPI is reporting in watts.

The conversion may differ depending on which voltage is used to do the conversion.
ACPIBatteryManager.kext uses DesignVoltage from _BIF by default, although it can be configured to use CurrentVoltage in _BST.
