Post EFI/CLOVER folder.

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

OK System updated in profile and here is the contents of my EMI/CLOVER

I did follow that guide and like I said it wont do anything once click on Boot OS X Install from OS X Install OS X Yosemite just a black screen there after

You did not.

Your EFI/Clover folder contents show that you didn't follow that guide.

Ok, finally got the time to do a fresh installation (work and taking care of family takes all spare time). Everything looks nice and tidy! Only problem I have encountered so far is that my magic mouse refuses to pair over BT. I tried the same mouse on my MBP and it worked, so something fishy with my dell.

Which version of BrcmPatchRam are you using? Try upgrading to the latest if you're running an older one, there were a few prior versions were the default firmware uploaded by the kext wasn't working properly.
If it's still not working afterwards, post the output of:
Code:
grep -i brcmpatch /var/log/system.log

(I'm assuming you've changed your intel wifi/bt card for the BCM94352Z card. If not, disregard all of the above).
