I tried with xcode and when pasting it says "Your entry is not valid. Do you want to keep editing and fix the error or cancel editing?"

You should be able to use HWP enabled SMBIOS.

How does it look? Is it possible that my CPU was made to reach 2GHz single core (4.47 W) when on battery?
Because on charger it reaches 3.1GHz (10W), which is a huge difference.

It is quite possible your CPU may be limited when on battery.
