Used GT 430 ML driver instructions from another site, changed reference to Mac Pro 5,1, added GraphicsEnabler=Yes to boot and everything works perfect now.

The only thing noticed right now is a glitch on the screensaver mini preview under System Preferences (and internal drives showed up as external, not related)

Thanks to everyone who posted suggestions on this thread, glad to have ML finally working

From which site you used GT 430 ML driver instructions. I have the same issue just like you. I will try your way. Thanks.

I have that card but i don't use it and i used patched to fix it but now since nvida has updated the drivers with lion and ML there is a kext that causes the issue AppleTyMCEDriver which i removed. Now with that i with browsing a found a new patch here http://d.pr/tsrn and its very detailed on the how-to so i hope it helps ;) i can confirm with that new patch it works :) (i put back in the card just to test it, i'm now back on my gt520)

Thanks! I will try with it and let you know about it.

Got the same problem with a gts450 1gb card.
used every bootparameter i know...each time blackscreen before the install screen appears
replaced the smbios file of my usb boot stick in the extra folder with a file of an smbios of a mac pro late 2008
after that i was finally able to install and boot without any issues
