Ok i just test my PSU with my old computer and it works very well.
So apparently the problem are not coming from the PSU, don't you think ?

Yeah if it works with your old computer most likely your PSU is fine, although it still could be bad. Check for loose motherboard connections, unplug and reseat everything. I would still recommend testing the computer with a known good PSU. If this still doesn't fix the problem it's probably your motherboard thats bad. At least it would still be under warranty...

problem solved !

I have tested with a new PSU and it was the same problem.
So i rebuilt everything and took some isolated rings to fix the motherboard into the case.... and it worked !

Hey just had the same problem as you. Could you tell me exactly what you did to your motherboard to get it fixed? I cannot send my board to the US to get it fixed, it takes way too much time...
Any and all help is much appreciated.
