Gigabyte Z690 Aero G + i5-12600K + AMD RX 6800 XT

Have you tried using jumbo frames? With jumbo frames on, I get 9.1 Gbps on the Aquantia via thunderbolt. Also, test both ways, upload and download.

just have enabled jumbo frame:

Client connecting to 10.10.0.1, TCP port 5001

TCP window size: 128 KByte (default)

@CaseySJ

It appears that the AirportItlwm development has stalled at 2.20-Alpha (Feb 5).

Have you hear/seen anything the future of AirportItlwm development?

The most recent changes were committed on February 8 of this year. If we look at past commits we often see gaps of 2 months or so. Although I've not heard anything specific about its future development, I would hope the developer will continue the work.

Did anyone try Z690 AERO G with 13700K? Any issues?
I want to upgrade my 12700k to 13700k?

I'm using z690 aero g with 13700k on latest Ventura.
No problems.
You need to upgrade BIOS to latest version before plugging new CPU.

I am struggling. Every since OS 13.3 came out I could never update it without it crashing after logging in. Ok on 13.2.1. I just tried OS 13.4 and when I get into my login screen after typing my pass. The bar loads about a quarter way before it crashes. Am I doing something wrong? By the way, I built it off Casey's original EFI. This might be my 5th time formatting the computer back to OS 13.2.1.

For context, I have 12900K, F22 firmware, running Radeon 6800XT.

Can you post a screenshot or further describe what you mean by:
The bar loads about a quarter way before it crashes

Sorry I meant when I am in the login screen. After typing my password, the bar begins to load and about 25% in, the screen goes black and then computer reboots.

Sorry, but what "bar"?

The progress bar appears during boot, but should not appear after we enter our login password.
