In Post 1 it is said not to unplug the Intel card but disable HS14 which I did. I cannot find in bios anything relating to bluetoothbios? or unplug it?

If you see the post above where I attached the screenshot of the USB ports, HS14 is disabled. Also this is where Casey says to leave the intel one installed.if you have disabled HS14 in your aml file (or usb kext file) then it shouldn't be detected?
