i have just istalled Catalina right now and in post install i have

no wifi and no Ethernet
other stuff is ok
I also tried your efi with catalina and as I feared it give me "oc error"
your system is ok with Ethernet ?

OK I found the solution for my problem

"Gigabyte Z490 Aorus Pro Ax without Ethernet"​

go to OpenCoreConfigurator > your config.plist > DeviceProperties

in the left cols remplace
PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1C,0x1)/Pci(0x0,0x0)
with
PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1C,0x4)/Pci(0x0,0x0)
the result is like this image

then Restart

P.S.
if dosen't show any devices in the left cols you can add with the button "list of PCI Device" > select. "Ethernet Controller network" an then change PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1C,0x1)/Pci(0x0,0x0) in PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1C,0x4)/Pci(0x0,0x0)

Hi... Is you USB kext is manually patched for Z490 Aorus Pro AX! I saw USB UIAC SSDT and USB inject all kext and also USB Ports kext all in your EFI... But guides suggests use only USBports.kext or SSDT with USB Inject all kext.. I'm searching for Z490 Aorus Pro AX USB patch...
