After months of testing, Apple plans to release OS X El Capitan tomorrow via the Mac App Store.

To proceed with installation, you absolutely need the following.

- Intel Core 2 or above, 64 bit CPU
- A computer running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or later
- Mac App Store account
- Internet access to download the El Capitan Installation App through Mac App Store
- About 6GB free hard drive space available in /Applications
