Hi and thanks for your interest !!!

I have not tried to change slots because the motherboard manual clearly suggests to use slots n° 2 and n°4 when you only use 2 memory sticks or it may cause instability problems ..... what is strange is that in the bios and in system information is all presented well .....

It may be reporting as zero speed because the first slot in System Profiler is showing as empty. Have you tried setting the memory speed manually in smbios.plist ?

you're right it could be the reason why the first slot is empty......

I'm going to buy 2 more sticks of memory and then I'll see how it behaves in Geekbench .....

-how can I manually change the memory speed in smbios.plist?

thanks

Add a key to smbios.plist like this :

<key>SMmemspeed</key>
<string>1333</string>
