sounds like ur cmos is getting reset get a copy of apple rtc from snow leopard and over right your apple rtc in lion

I am using the 10.6.8 AppleRTC. Tried both that and patching the AppleRTC file as mentioned on insanely mac. Both fix the CMOS bios reset after sleeping that I used to experience...but not sure if there is some sort of internal reset that is happening prior to that on sleep.

My system generally also takes 30-40 seconds to wake from sleep...I guess I can restart boot it up in that much of even faster since its running of an ssd,

have u added darkwake=0 to kernel flags

I had the same Problem. My Solution was to disable the "Real Time Ratio Changes In OS" in the BIOS.

Thanks great advise. Did this and now no more lag from waking from sleep.Just have to wait 5-10 secs for mouse to pick up, but I have to do that with my MBA too.
