GA-Z87X-UD7 TH No sound and top ethernet port not working. Clover install.

Noob hackintosh builder.
Thank you all for making this such a great resource. It has helped me loads.
however, has anyone done a build with the GA-Z87X-UD7-TH (rev. 2.0) and the Intel Core i7 4790K ?
If so please, please tell me how you managed it.

I am tearing my hair out at this issue!
System:

GA-Z87X-UD7-TH (rev. 2.0) Updated bios to F5a

Intel Core i7 4790K

Corsair Vengeance - Memory - 32 GB : 4 x 8 GB - DIMM 240-pin - DDR3 - 1600 MHz / PC3-12800 - CL10

(ONLY 8GB installed for setup)

Samsung 840 Evo 250gb

I had a great deal of issues to try and get this system to boot on its own so abandoned multi beast.
MaciASL also produced a number of problems, even following the guides to the letter.

Using clover i managed to get the system to boot however there is no sound over both HDMI and any of the output ports.

The top Ethernet port is not working also.

Your help would be greatly appreciated on this one. Thank you guys!

Hi Wardy, did you get the sound fixed. I have El Capitan running. I used mutlibeast but got no sound from line to ALC 898.
