GA-Z77X-UD5H + EVGA 1080Ti

Hi everyone,
I'm going through change, I previously owned a 680Ti that then became a 980Ti and now have a chance of having an EVGA 1080Ti been put into my system. Any issues with this sort of set up?
I've looked around and don't seem to have found much on my mobo connected to a 1080 Ti so writing this post.
My current OSX is 10.10.5
Will I need to update?

pascal support was added in the 10.12.4 nvidia web driver release

so update clover, then update to sierra (10.12.5 currently the latest), update web drivers to match, and itll work.

does not matter if someone else hasnt documented using your board with that card. those 2 individually are known to work.
