GA-Z68X-UD5-B3 instability

Hello everybody.
In the past four days I installed SL 10.6.8 and then Lion, but my computer seems to be really instable. Tried every kind of combination (sata 2 or/and sata 3). I think it could be a motherboard problem, but I'm very confused: sometimes it works, sometimes not...Don't even know how to explain...a little frustrating
Anybody could help?

Not sure this helps but I'm working on the same kind of system, same motherboard, same processor, 16GB Corsair Vengence memory, but Nvidia graphics. Seems to work good so far (only up for 1 day now). I'll let you know if it goes unstable, but the only difference between yours and mine is the graphics card- try another one maybe?

I have a sony optiarc blu ray writer, instead of the dvd writer, that's a second difference
Have you installed usb 3.0 nec/renesas option in Multibeast? Because for me it's another cause of boot loop...and what about bluetooth?

Not quite- I used a Samsung dvd burner for most of my install but after learning that it works have replaced that with an LG bluray writer. Did not appear to be a difference. Can you change out the bluray and remove your instabilities?

What are your scores on xbench or geekbench?

EDIT- no USB 3.0 installed from Multibeast yet, because I never had any USB 3.0 devices to connect--- that has changed and I will try it maybe next week. No bluetooth either. I did find that the edimax wifi works beautifully (SL 10.6 driver at their website); goes on sale at Newegg for $9 every once in a while.
