GA-X79-UP4 + i4930k + Nvia Quadro: issue to get the installer

Hi,

I have the same motherboard and cpu. My bios is F5.

But "Charcoalist" in the link I provided uses the same motherboard and cpu and bios F7. Charcoalist states the setup works. Make sure you use VoodooTSCSync 6 core.

Go to "About This Mac"-->"More Info..."-->"System Report", the "Processor Speed" should be 3.4 to 4.0 GHz. If its something like 22 to 40 GHz your system will run slow.

Thank you for your answer! I`ve finally discovered the issue!
It was really related to the BIOS setup in my case. I read some other post and I figure out what it was necessary to do!

And now IT WORKS! Like a rocket and the system is stable like the marble! With two graphic cards and firewire card.

I post the geek bench score with CPU @ 4.2Ghz and RAM @ 2.4Ghz
