Can't find that file on the USB, is it in the installer if i show package contents?

it should be in System Library Preferences on your pen drive its called GenericUSBHCXI.kext

When i search this motherboard on the forums I see other people having success saying it is great and flawless and lightning fast. any insight? what did you take from the issues with integrated graphics?

Same board here. I was able to boot from USB with following boot option:

-x
nv_disable=1 ( needed for my GTX-750TI )
IGPEnable=No ( needed for my unsupported I3-4130 )
maxmem=8192 ( 16GB on my board )
