G5 mod - standoff screws?

Hi,

in case somebody still looking for replacement of original standoff's,
is possible to replace them with standard metric screws and nuts.
Isn't my idea, can't find original Thread so I did a simple sketch.

ive removed the standoffs and have cut the rear panel and got my mobo tray lined up and ready to jb-weld the standoffs back on in the right place
... but ...
i cannot find any screws that will go into the standoffs, i have plenty that seem the right size but none with the right thread,
anyone know the details of these type screws so i can buy some?

The Apple standoff screws are metric M3 x 0.5 and can be sourced from McMaster Carr.

This is in the US, and I would think in Europe you would fine these in you local hardware store.
