You forgot to press F2 to generate misc/preboot.log (we need it to decide whether your profile is accurate or not).
Please read "Problem Reporting" carefully.

Hopefully you aren't annoyed by my illiteracy.

You have Intel graphics...
Note from bootlog.txt:
Code:
0:101 0:000 PCI (00|00:02.00) : 8086 591B class=038000
0:101 0:000 - GFX: Model=Intel HD Graphics 630 (Intel)

You will likely not be able to use the 1070, except for maybe external (HDMI).

Follow this guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

I did select an ig-platform 0x591b0000 for the intel 630 messing around with clover configurator but both results are the same.

also would you recommend this guide?

If you have an issue, you must attach problem reporting files as per FAQ.

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

I managed to boot the install with these settings but graphics card isnt detected. Just says Display 7mb.

I installed the nvidia web drivers following this guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solving-nvidia-driver-install-loading-problems.161256/

But now it just boots to black screen.

Before booting it does a gfx firmware load process retry 50 times (picture below in both cases)

Also when when prompted to restart from changing nvidia settings to webdrivers i get this in verbose before shutting down.
Mac os doesn't update either. Everytime I go to the store to check on updates its available again. (not sure if related)

With Nvidia Optimus, you will not be able to use the Nvidia.
Refer to the FAQ:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/

My laptop doesn't have optimus.

If you're saying your laptop has HDMI directly connected to Nvidia, then you may be able to use the Nvidia web drivers.

Precisely, but everytime I boot the nvidia tab says "Default macOS Graphics Driver."
When I change it to Web Driver and restart no changes take place.
The guide I linked addresses this issue but when I apply it im greeted with a black screen.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.
