Force HDMI to 144Hz

If I set CPU/iGP I can acutally see the OpenCore menu IF I use the HDMI OR DisplayPort. I cannot see it if I use the adaptor.

Anyway, I don't know if and how to have 144Hz with iGPU/HDMI.

You board only has HDMI 1.4 which does not support 2560x1440 @ 144Hz.

Both… I always had 1440p@144Hz via HDMI and DisplayPort from GPU and MOBO.

HDMI 1.4b is limited to 10.2 Gb/s and 1440P@144Hz requires 15.93 Gb/s. DisplayPort 1.4 should be fine. Your GPU has HDMI 2.0 which would be fine as it has a bandwidth of 18 Gb/s. Regardless... your GPU is not supported in macOS 10.15 so you will not have any acceleration.
