Fix for OpenCL crash with GK110B based cards

My 780 worked fine with openCL just using the latest drivers - and selecting the webdriver in the NVIDIA control panel. That was BEFORE I copied the webdriver dylib to the other library.

So if you have a rev A card, you should NOT copy the dylib, but simply use the latest drivers.
THat´s how I understood Rominator´s guide over at Netkas.

With Rominators patch, both CUDA and OpenCL work! but OpenCL still have PM problems.
Without rominators patch and using the Webdriver just how LasseBauer suggested makes
OpenCL work with PM support but CUDA does not work!
reporting from a msi gtx 760 (GK104) 2 GB.

I believe it hinges on wether you have a Rev A or Rev B card.
The fix I forwarded is for GK110B cards - not other versions.

And I can report that both CUDA and openCL work fine :)

I know this fix is for GK110B, I was just hoping this would also work with my card :(
now I have a good excuse to update my 2 weeks old card :p.

Indeed!
That 760 was crap and never was able to deliver anyways... :D :p

Seems things are starting to shape up with the gk110b cards now.
I just bit the bullet and ordered the fastest 780 I could find, a Gigabyte 780 GHz Edition, hopefully it will work out fine :D
The GTX 660 has been a great card tho, but I want some more horsepower
