There's a list of all the older Kepler cards that still have support. Many have dual DP outputs. Don't think they support 5K resolutions but they do support 4K/60 Hz.The last OS I could install is Mojave, so which GPU could I buy at least with 2 Display Port for my 5K monitor?
I won't play any game, just a little bit of soft editing video with Premiere Pro and FCPx.

Here's the primary choices you can find used.
- GTX 780/Ti
- GTX 770
- GTX 760/Ti
- Quadro K4200
- Quadro K5000
- Quadro K5200
- Quadro K6000
- Quadro NVS510 (Has 4 mini-DP)
Other than that the GTX have dual DVI outputs. They are 8-9 year old cards.
