First build for 4k editing, help & advise.

Hi all, this is my first time building a Computer.
I would like to know if it is quite enough to be able to work in 4k.
Can it work with 16GB RAM and the Intel Core i5-8400 processor?
What about the components compatibility?

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT (16GB)
Storage: SSD Crucial MX 500
Storage: Samsung HDD 1TB
Video Card: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 580 8GD5 - Tarjeta
Case: Corsair Carbide 300R
Power Supply: Corsair RM750x
Monitor : LG 27UD58-B - 27" Inch - UHD

I mean, it can. I'm using Z370n with 8400 for 4k editing, not even with a GPU.
Not doing it professionally though.
