Ethernet port unplugged then not connected infinite loop

I have mobo z490 ud ac running Monterey, all things working good except the ethernet.
I have installed the required kext, but in system preferences under network, ethernet detected normal but once I plugged in the ethernet cable it keeps turning unplugged then not connected then unplugged then not connected infinitely

While booting and ethernet cable plugged in the light of ethernet port is green but once the system opened it turned to orange.

Any help here.
