After installing Mavericks I used Multibeast 6.3.1. I selected the RealtekRTL81xx v0.0.90 driver and after Multibeast finished I restarted my computer. I checked System Preferences>Network and I can't add ethernet to the list of profiles nor was one created. Under system profiler>Ethernet Cards is says "This computer does not appear to have any PCI Ethernet cards installed".
Some additional information:
Mobo: Z68X-UD3H-B3 Rev 1.3
UEFI Bios version U1L
Also, I am able to set up a USB wireless dongle to connect to the internet and I don't even use ethernet. This issue is that I wish to sign in to the mac app store.
Everything except ethernet seems to work fine.
I am able to provide more info if needed.
